Review - good staff, bad building
The building is loud and my upstairs neighbor was unreasonably loud in the middle of the night frequently. The fact that the elevator has broken for as long as it was is ridiculous. The location is good and the office staff is very pleasant, attentive and responsive. The building - bottom line - needs a major rehab to update it, and it doesnt seem like managment is willing or capitalized well enough to do it (like just recently assing an app to do laundry is pretty crazy and a significant lag behind). These other aspects could be excused if rent wasnt as high as it is.
Great place to live
The Packard is a great apartment complex. Management always responds quickly to any questions and its a great location!
