Overall I am satisfied with my apartment. I wish there was a dishwasher, and the flooring, while new, is showins seams. We have two washers and two dryers for the entire building. The bathtub is very small. I love the brightness of it especially coming from a dark apartment.

I am disappointed in how little the management if Carabetta cares about the appearance of their building from the lawns to the cracked and broken pavement at the back entrance to AbC building

I like living at SilverPond because of the people I have met and the ability to have a garden. The staff are really great and take care of the property and our needs without any problems.
