Enjoyable and homelike

I like living at SilverPond because of the people I have met and the ability to have a garden. The staff are really great and take care of the property and our needs without any problems.

Need assigned parking

My only complaint living here is the parking. Im assuming there is no assigned parking due to more people than parking spaces. It would be nice if others were considerate of others and not park in resident parking but unfortunately not the world we live in today. Other than parking I recommend Silverpond.

parking,were is it?

we need assigned parking spaces ,non tenants park any were they want. Guests park over week end sometime longer. I spend 30 min. to a hour removing snow in parking space gone for 15 min. and someone got in the space, not right. this time of life is a time to enjoy.
