Ten Trumbull

I've been living at Ten Trumbull for the last 5 months and have enjoyed it very much. The community is very nice and respectful. The staff are also very nice and are easy to work with. They have come to fix certain issues very quickly (within a day) and Emma at the concierge has always been quick to help. The apartment I live in is brand new and have excellent finishes, and come with a large island. The amenities are great as well, including a wonderful gym which houses treadmills, ellipticals, a full set of weights, and a separate studio room for additional workouts. The pool is also a nice feature along with the beautiful cabanas. The location of the apartment complex is also perfect because it is easily accessible from the highways. One downside is that the trash room is not within each building, and we have to go past a few buildings to get to it, which is not too far. Overall, I've enjoyed my experience here so far and hope others do as well!

Not luxury

Great amenities. Pool and gym. But the gate and visitor entry is difficult, especially for guests and food delivery. My 84-year-old mom needs to get out of the car and walk 10 yards to Visitor Call Box, then hussle back with her walker to get back in car, to drive up to open gate. So stupid. Also, the staff was not forthcoming with how far parking and garbage disposal is from the actual building. About 100 yards.

Not Luxury Living

The parking situation - guest spots and only one spot per two bedroom apartment - is a constant issue as is the ongoing garbage situation. We shouldn't have any of these issues for the price we pay to live here.
