Not a Luxury facility

I've lived here 1+ years. I was very disappointed when I moved in and found that my parking space and the garbage facility were more than 100 yards away. And guests have to park even further. The gate security system is cumbersome and prohibitive to handicapped visitors who can't easily walk to the Visitor Call Box and then get back in their car (maybe even an ADA violation). It is also virtually useless as anyone can park on the street and walk on to the property steal a car and drive out or assualt a resident. Also it is not Eco-Friendly as my windows are so thin and drafty that I can feel a breeze on a windy day. I can only imagine how that adds to the carbon footprint on my heating and cooling.
