Great Calm Place to Live
Nice place to live. Rarely any issues. Lots of parks nearby. Bus stop right outside front door. Very walkable.

Very nice place to rent great location by the beach. The Building is maintained very well and is always very clean. The staff is very responsive as well to any requests.

quiet, safe, luxurious
I've been living here for 1year. The area is diversified, yet safe, friendly and extremely interesting with commercial establishments, soccer and baseball fields and of course the marina and Long Island Sound. Tremendous opportunities for beautiful walks and nature appreciation. I love the change in seasons, having moved here from Scottsdale, Arizona, where there are only 2 seasons, hot and hotter. The winters seem to be mild, unlike where I was born and raised, Wisconsin. With the exception of the tragedy to Aaron Rodgers- I grew up 90 miles from Lambeau field, I couldn't be happier to be here. I would and have already strongly recommended Shore Pointe. Change is good for the soul. After my wife recently passed, I needed to start over and Shore Pointe has facilitated my ability to continue my journey through life's ups and downs. I am grateful.
Great place to live
Have been living here for 2 years and love the place and neighborhood. Close to the beach and parks, friendly and clean building and they keep everything very well maintained. Top notch management and premises.
