More effort please

We needed to ask more than once for maintenance to be done. It took a long period of time for them to show up. Our tub was clogged, and we had to call the President for someone to come and fix it. One treadmill and one stepper has been broken for a least two years. Light in stairwell still has not been replaced.

This building is a great place to call home. Building management takes pride in the building's maintenance and cleanliness and are responsive when necessary. The location is good and the tenants are quiet and very nice as well!
