I think there are a lot of issues that come up living at this location but overall it's still the best location and the apartment itself is a great size. Parking is a major issue, as is traffic/construction and the impacts on residents. Fitness amenities are also bare.

Its a decent building to live at. Perfect amount of distance to downtown, Apartments are quite spacious and maintenance staff is always super helpful.

I have lived here for a few months now and the experience has been great. The staff is friendly, and the building is well maintained, and all Maintenace requests are handled within 24 hrs which has been great. I would definitely recommend living in the building !
