I been here for 3 years. I love the property, for many reasons, is quiet, although is close to main highways, love that is has 3 site to do laundry (although they all need maintenance), They added small park and the dog sections, (again ppl does not pick up after their dogs neither management keep it clean) Managements has been the issued here. The park wasn't build correctly it was falling apart that same week. Laundry machine has taken many of us time and money over and over again. Again, management was the main issued. The parking is another problem. The agreement was 1 car for 1 bedroom and 2 for a 2 bedroom, however after 7pm is many times difficult to find a parking near your unit. Forget getting to your unit with kids after 10pm from the ER. Some unit have their work van, personal and extras parks at time. I have been blocked in several occasions at times even by Herbert. I don't have the time to keep reviewing. Hopefully it changes now with the new company.
