Not So Good, Unfortunately

There is a loud generator type sound that vibrates, coming from my floor, that often times shakes n rattles my TV stand to a loud and obnoxious level, that is kind of ridiculous. I have entered a few complaints to via the Maintenance request but nothing has stopped. This is not at all about Miguel, our Maintenance person, as he is GREAT. This is more about management and decisions from the top.

Walls are thin. Personnel are never there. Lots of minor issues with the apartment. Other than that property is nice and location is great.

Once the new management came in they removed all vending machines and are still working on getting things back to what the Previous management had.
