Excellent area

Living here has been okay. Simsbury is beautiful. The gym has old machinery that is often broken and the espresso bar is almost always broken or tasting funny. The apartments LOOK nice but things in them break a bit too easily

Overall happy

Overall i am happy living here due to the location and proximity to my family. The noise from the gun range can be quite loud… and oftentimes the amentities are out of order (coffee maker, games, workout equipment). There has also always been construction since we moved in.

Expected Better

Great location, awesome view, beautiful area, but everything is just very average or below average for the price. Been here two years and they haven't gotten around to finishing the sprinkler systems nor the landscaping, nor the street paving. All residential units have been completed for over a year and yet they still wont finish the work. They hire a different landscaper off the street every week to come in, blow the dirt and the weeds around and leave. Like I said, I expected better. Even renewed my lease to give them a chance to come around. Watch out for the lipstick on the pig.
