The location is great. The apartments are a good size, a tad outdated, including the windows. The exterior of the buildings are not good the staircases are falling apart and not maintained. The gym is outdated and the machcines are broken. The pool used to be a nice comfortable community place to gather. Now its gaurded and its very uncomfortable. Management sends tentents rude emails all the time. This is not the community i moved into. A lot has changed with the new management.

We love it up here. Very safe and quiet. Residents Re friendly and warm. I will continue being a resident here The kids are happy and feel at home. They make new friends and have fun outside. Great environment to be and a bit less stress.

Living here has had ups and downs. Downs: There is not enough laundry space for all residents/ other residents dont pull their laundry out in a timely manner. Other residents do not practice good hygiene in the amenities/shared places such as poop in the pool. Dog park fence is broken (doesnt close and has holes all over) and this makes it impossible to use. People are not aware of what their children are doing in common spaces. Parking spots are not enforced and ive had issues multiple time of people parking in my spot. No cameras. Packages/mail/property being stolen. Dogs not on leashes or controlled. Children screaming after quite hours. Dumpster is always full and over flowing. Ups: it is livable and when maintence is called we typically get a response immediately.
