Outrageously expensive amenities. When touring, a major selling point will be the common areas that you could potentially use. What they will not mention is that will request you pay $200/hour to use those spaces with guests. Additionally, that price point and rule is controlled by a policy external to your lease allowing them to change the cost at any time. There are cameras in the common areas to enforce this, so I hope you enjoy your parties being on tape. Additionally the buildings are in need of serious maintenence with crooked doors, leaks, and water damage becoming more prevalent as time goes on

Having recently moved into this apartment, I can genuinely say it's been a pleasant experience. The building itself is modern and fresh, indicative of its newness. One of the highlights of living here has been the community – it’s a warm, welcoming environment where neighbors are friendly and sociable. But what stands out the most is the maintenance team. They are not only efficient and prompt in their response times but also show a level of professionalism and dedication that is truly commendable. I have been living here for just over a year, I originally was in a 1 bedroom apartment and then moved into a 2 bedroom apartment. I love the look of the apartments, lots of window and very simple modern feel to it. The apartment location is amazing, right by the train station, has a dog care nearby for those who have pets, and is very close to downtown SONO and the beach as well! Great summer spot. I would say things do break easily, elevator is down a lot and slow, and the apartment walls are VERY thin, so if people also live above you prepared to hear them. Overall a postive experience!

For the area, I would not live anywhere else. But many issues and management is very unfair and unhelpful.

Every time you exit the building you will be greeted by the glorious smell of dog pee. People let their pets go pretty much wherever and it's disgusting, I have never lived somewhere that allowed that.
