Great Location, Simple and Modern Apartments!

I have been living here for just over a year, I originally was in a 1 bedroom apartment and then moved into a 2 bedroom apartment. I love the look of the apartments, lots of window and very simple modern feel to it. The apartment location is amazing, right by the train station, has a dog care nearby for those who have pets, and is very close to downtown SONO and the beach as well! Great summer spot. I would say things do break easily, elevator is down a lot and slow, and the apartment walls are VERY thin, so if people also live above you prepared to hear them. Overall a postive experience!

Nice but expensive. And paper thin walls.

For the area, I would not live anywhere else. But many issues and management is very unfair and unhelpful.

Dogs Pee EVERYWHERE

Every time you exit the building you will be greeted by the glorious smell of dog pee. People let their pets go pretty much wherever and it's disgusting, I have never lived somewhere that allowed that.
