Why Renters Love It Here

Residents appreciate the spacious apartments, convenient location, and recent improvements made by new management. They also value the friendly and helpful maintenance staff. Many units feature renovations with new kitchen appliances, hardwood floors, two bathrooms, in-unit washers and dryers, and central air conditioning, making them desirable for longer-term stays. Additionally, the generally calm and nice environment contributes to a pleasant living experience.

Very Poor customer service.

After trying to get someone on the phone for a few months and a call to corporate, finally son had an appointment for tour at 4:30pm on 6/5/2024. When we arrived my son calls to inform that that he had arrived. No return call. A resident showed me to the leasing office and I knocked a man came out and said he could not help me because he was the maintenance man and that the person in charge of showing apartment had just quit and left. The next day I called the corporate office for the second time and still no call back. If I could give a zero I would have. It shows that corporate does not care.

The apartments are large however youre paying for “amentities” that do no exist. The gym has 5 machines and 2 of them do not work, it isn’t air conditioned. If you don’t live in the building that the leasing office is in, your hallways will never be maintained. People dragged garbage from their apartment to the garbage room 2 months ago and it still hasn’t been cleaned. Staircases are diagusting. Hallways are disgusting. Elevator breaks down every other month. The garbage rooms are filthy and not cleaned at all. Honestly could be a great apartment if it was actually maintained.

Richards avenue is centrally located and great for accessing the highway to go to NYC or northern Connecticut.

Not Worth the Rent

Paying way more than what the unit is worth. Walls are super thin, sloppy paint, garbage chute is constantly full, can smell garbage inside of apartment when the chute is full, can hear trash crashing down the chute from inside the apartment, poor insulation that makes cold draft come in from bathrooms windows and sliding doors, dishwater high heat setting doesn’t work, slanted flooring, noisy parking lot and neighboring parking lots, critter problem.
