The apartment is big but pretty cold. No one is an charge if you have any requirement.

I have ordered to check my stove, which has been burning all my food for 3 months already, and still nothing is done!

After trying to get someone on the phone for a few months and a call to corporate, finally son had an appointment for tour at 4:30pm on 6/5/2024. When we arrived my son calls to inform that that he had arrived. No return call. A resident showed me to the leasing office and I knocked a man came out and said he could not help me because he was the maintenance man and that the person in charge of showing apartment had just quit and left. The next day I called the corporate office for the second time and still no call back. If I could give a zero I would have. It shows that corporate does not care.

The apartments are large however youre paying for “amentities” that do no exist. The gym has 5 machines and 2 of them do not work, it isn’t air conditioned. If you don’t live in the building that the leasing office is in, your hallways will never be maintained. People dragged garbage from their apartment to the garbage room 2 months ago and it still hasn’t been cleaned. Staircases are diagusting. Hallways are disgusting. Elevator breaks down every other month. The garbage rooms are filthy and not cleaned at all. Honestly could be a great apartment if it was actually maintained.

Richards avenue is centrally located and great for accessing the highway to go to NYC or northern Connecticut.
