Enjoy the apartment, and the building is nice enough. It looks nice, but the construction is cheap, and it shows when you spend some time there. Thin walls, mediocre appliances & fixtures, faucets don't give desired water temperature, and nonfunctional hallway AC/Heater units to name a few. There's no sort of daily staff on premises, but maintenance staff is always polite and friendly. Parking lot is large and there's always enough space for cars. Location is EXCELLENT, short walk to The Sono Collection, Wall St. and Downtown Sono as well. The location also means that road traffic is constant at all hours of the day and night. If you're used to an urban environment, you won't even notice it. As for amenities, there's none in the building, but the apartment was furnished with a great kitchen, dishwasher, and washer/dryer combo. There are no cameras either in the building, at the entrance, or watching the parking lot, so be careful of what is left in cars. Things left on the back porch tend to go missing. All in all, as the first place I've lived in as a new Connecticut resident, it's fun, suitable, and reasonably affordable for a couple.

Great location! Units nicely done! Unfortunately you could hear personal conversations and other personal things due to thin walls and floors. And is a walk up something to consider with groceries and packages.

Walls super thin. Can hear all neighbors. Brand new place, really poor insulation.
