This apartment was good as a single persons starter apartment but the parking and management make it almost not worth the price.

I moved in during COVID and I have worked a night shift. My only trouble has come from having large thin windows next to a stop light. Everything else has been very good.

I really love living at 39 Wall - my space is great and I haven't had any problems living there. The only small downside is the parking as its not onsite, but you get used to it! There's also a club below me, which is a bit loud on weekdays but another thing you get used to. The staff is always response if I ever need anything, the space itself is beautiful/well-kept. I'm looking forward to another year at 39 Wall.

Perfect apartment. Very noisy. The walls are so thin that we can hear every conversation perfectly through the wall.
