my 3 neighbors upstairs (127 harbor ave. apartment 7 Norwalk) make a lot of noise after midnight especially when one of them arrives after 1 am or 2 am (sometimes later) starts moving a lot of things and doesn't let you sleep

I have lived here for about 9 months. I like the location and price of this apartment. The apartment is in great condition. The downfall of this apartment is the lack of additional parking, limited washer/dryer, and semi-thin walls.
