Need a lot of work

We have our own parking spots which is great but each space is to close together that if you open your door your slamming into the other car just to get out, the lot has holes everywhere. So expect a twisted ankle. The maintenance is not up to par at all. Appliances are constantly breaking. If heat is included in your rent get used to Leanne NEVER answering your email you literally have to call the town hall just to get heat. There’s no cameras on site, no security. But yet the rent always goes up.

Repairs needed

The siding of the building needs to be repaired. The front stairs/railing is broken. Parking lot has a lot of pot holes. For the price you pay we should receive more.
