Living at The Vessel has been a mixed experience for me. On the positive side, the free WiFi and water are definitely the best perks and make a difference day-to-day. That said, there are some serious downsides. The train noise is very loud and carries throughout the entire unit, which makes it hard to relax or sleep. Pricing for units seems inconsistent depending on where you look online, which can be frustrating. There are also building concerns—during rain or snow, issues come up inside the property, and it feels like the structure itself may have some flaws. The parking garage is in rough shape and doesn’t feel well-maintained. On top of that, there are often homeless individuals around and sometimes on the property, which can affect the overall sense of safety. I will say the new property management team has been more receptive and willing to listen, which is a step in the right direction. Overall, it has potential, but there are still some important issues that need to be addressed.
