The staff and maintenance here are genuinely nice people, but snow removal is a serious problem. After a recent storm, the streets and walkways were barely plowed, leaving snow everywhere for hours. Many residents are elderly or disabled and cannot shovel. I was forced to shovel myself and ended up in the hospital with chest pains. Management needs to hire a snow removal company or increase staffing so areas are cleared promptly. This is a safety issue, not a convenience.
