There are so many dogs here and they are allowed to pee everywhere, even on the grass where small children play. People drive around the complex like its a racetrack, including the little red facilities maintenance golf carts. Trash overflows in the garbage area almost every week. Plows move snow from one mound to another endlessly, loudly tearing up the streets throughout the night. Landscapers blow dirt and leaves all over your doorstep to clear the street, without warning at any time of the week. Amazon packages are often delivered to the wrong address and sometimes flat-out stolen from your doorstep. Even with all of this, the worst part is that any attempt to communicate a concern with property management is met with hostility, no matter how delicately you approach the conversation. In all honestly, we would move if we had other options.

The noise of the apartments are unbearable. I have been complaining since I moved on January 1, 2026. The noise needs to be fixed. I don’t know how but apartments I hear everything from next-door upstairs walking stomping.
