Teachers Corner Hartford

I enjoy my experience so far living at Teachers Villages . Having two elavators is a bonus . The parking is good .

I have lived at TV- Hartford for the past 4 years. I've enjoyed my unit and never had an issues. Maintenance staff is wonderful and super responsive. Location in DT Hartford is also a plus!

I've lived here for 3.5 years. Its a nice location being so close to the park, train station, XL, and many bars/resteraunts. It's on the edge of Downtown, but places in the center are still within a 10 minute walk. Living right next to the light at asylum I would say it's noisy if the window is open, but with my windows closed I never hear anything. If someone is loud in the hallway you can hear them but I don't find that to be an issue. I've had very few maintenance issues since I've been here, but the ones I do that are fixed quickly. There's been a lot of different property managers over the years, but a new company just bought the building so that might steady it. There's a cool communal pool table and lounging rooms. There's also laundry ($2 per load). The gym exists but some of the machines don't work and you just stare at a blank wall for a lot of the machines, it's kind of a weird vibe. But I love the layout and spaciousness of my apartment. Lastly, there's some parking below the building but it's only for a few residents. I park around the block for $100 a month and its never been an issue for me.

decent. not really mindful who they rent to which my opinion (since asked) makes the property feel they dont have to do as much because they think people are not use to anything when it could be alot better due to the very high price, very overrated. Its not where you live its how you live.
