The parking is the main issue of contention. The parking lot is not designed to accommodate guests' vehicles, particularly at times when space is limited due to all of the apartments being rented. There's nothing worse than coming home to a full lot due to a vehicle or vehicles owned by the guest of another tenant taking up available parking spaces. Thankfully, the main instigator of this has recently terminated her lease, and most of the current tenants are aware of this issue and try to be conscientious, but the potential always exists. Grounds keeping (snow removal/grass cutting) sometimes lapses for extended periods year round, as does common area housekeeping. The contractors that are assigned to do these tasks are sometimes MIA for MONTHS, and the tasks are not addressed as they should be. This is mainly an issue with grass trimming and housekeeping. Snow/ice removal will usually get done, but it certainly is not expedited, and sometimes it is not done thoroughly. A tenant usually has to contact maintenance in order for it to get addressed.
