Most apartments are more expensive than these ones

Affordable enough for todays economy but too many broken washer/dryers and the gym should be taken off the list of amenities entirely.

Good staff

Good value apartments I do wish more went into the renovation because it feels cheaply done. Some examples are paint over paint, wood panels over wood panels and holes in the doors, as well as most of the closet doors are broken. That being said I do still love the location and the staff is friendly.

Affordable but concerns regarding mold?

Mold in ac unit and around windows. Evidence of water damage in kitchen. My only real concern. Otherwise its affordable enough for what it is.
