Several parking lots do not have appropriately marked handicapped parking (signs, paint, etc). This causes confusion and frustration among residents (some have even taken to writing notes and leaving them on cars). Maintenance is good. However, some routine problems take too long to fix after they are entered. The workers are excellent, courteous, and always helpful. The amenities are okay. The basketball and tennis courts need to be repaired, especially since many people are playing pickleball, and tennis courts all over town are full. Some buildings' side doors are broken or inaccessible. Could a code lock be placed on these doors to prevent the entire building from needing to be re-keyed while improving residents' access? Some tree branches are too close to buildings, risking broken windows and ripped siding.

Good area, gym & pool are good, basketball/tennis court is in rough shape. Inside is good.
