I think the apartment is priced well for the amenities and location. The apartments are nice and the neighbors are pretty decent as well. The staff are pretty nice and tend to be available when needed.

Great for the price. Maintence is quick to respond to needs.

My partner and I have lived here for 7 years - and overall we are quite satisfied (good value for the price). The building is somewhat old - but they make gradual improvements to the units as tenants move in and out - so many of the units have more updated kitchens, floors and appliances than we do. It's basic and adequate, nothing fancy, and no bells and whistles here :) The maintenance staff is excellent - very responsive and the outside areas are generally well maintained (including snow removal). As a 2 car household, the only drawback is the parking. There is only one designated parking space per unit (and the few additional spaces are often full). There is street parking but that's often limited and a parking sticker is required. Overall we do recommend this location to anyone looking for something comfortable, quiet and safe.
