Nice ?? gym,beautiful surroundings and i love the furniture and appliance's . Id love to live in a home like that.The review cant put into words how nice they are. The app is also easy on the eyes and communication were fairly easy .

For the price you pay for rent. Why does the garbage truck need to come every single morning including weekends at 3:30 am to 8x dumpsters? It clonks the dumpster and shakes the ground when it bangs it. I have complained many times and it has not changed. I do not get a full nights rest and warn anyone about this issue as you will never get a good nights rest. Also not that this is a huge deal but the employees seam to always say NO to literally everything no matter what the request.

Good so far. I have been here just for a month. Lot to like and come Spring and Summer time I will be able to assess completely. Based on my short stay if I could suggest something that would be regarding open parking lot. My suggestion is to mark all the parking slots and allott the slots to the tenants. This way the tenants will know where they have to park and not change daily if the slot is occupied. This will also help for the management to know which slots are open (barring guest parking) and can send notification to tenants to park on those slots for the management to carry out snow cleaning easier. Once assigned slots are cleaned tenants can switch back and the open slots could be cleaned again if required. The other suggestion is regarding mail room where parcels are kept helter skelter. On occasions I have sorted and put back in respective racks. Something needs to be done. This takes away all the good we are enjoying. One has to spend lot of time and if you are in a hurry it takes away your valuable time. Thirdly when we get into the apt and close the door a simple latch could serve as an additional locking of the door. Lastly I have not used the calling the tenant from the entrance door. How it works is not known. Either a video link of how to use can help understand better.
