Like very much.

I have been living here a little over three years and like it very much. If something needs to be done maintenance is here right away. I feel very safe here.

Great space and value minus a few things

The condo is beautiful, we are the second tenants tk live here so it has been very well kept. Its very spaceous, the only few things im not crazy about is there are not a lot of closets. No pantry we ended up having to use one of the coat closets. There is no linen closet either. Because we are on the edge of wetlands it does tend to get a little buggy, weve been having issues with black flies as well. Its not a great spot if you have little kids or dogs as we are on a busy corner with traffic. Minus these few things, the space is great and love having the 3 floors and the 2.5 baths.

Good

So far so good, just have had trouble with water heater since we’ve moved in. Kind of stinks there is only one thermostat to control multiple floors. Not much of a patio or yard… could be a bit dinner
