Lived here for almost 1 year. The staff if Great - Ashley and Dayna has been a pleasure to work with. Wish there was a seperate washer dryer, glass door for shower, clean parking garage and paint the lines, exhaust fan over stove, gas grills outside, repave the drive to the bookstore, paint the entire complex, wish we could open the windows.

Guest parking can be an issue. It would be great if they could come up with a better system for guest.

Very nice newly renovated apartments. Beautiful view and low key neighbors. Easy commute to work since i work in the building. Very happy so far!

There are noisy neighbors who are not aware that they live in a communal space, maxing out hi-fi 24-7, with screams at weekend parties etc. These are acceptable stuff once in a while, but not every weekend. Otherwise great, accessible green space, good parking, helpful staff.
