The townhouse units are spacious and well laid out. The property is great, and the office and maintenance staff are very kind and responsive. However, parking has been and continues to be a challenge, particularly for the townhouse units. There should be an opportunity for the townhouse units to pay for a designated garage spot in another building. Returning home late or during extreme weather events only to circle around the property and have to park in a business parking spot is not ideal, especially considering these are the highest cost units.

We will be here 2 years in April and we enjoy living here very much. All staff including maintenance are always courteous and professional. The grounds are kept in pristine shape and very clean. Its very quiet here except for the car wash in front of our building is open all night and people are washing their car sometimes 2 or 3 a.m.
