Property issues
The elevator only able to be used with key fob is a major issue, if i have company or forget the fob i cant get back in to my own apartment, needs to be a key pad available to enter the building
Wonderful Place to live
Beinng near the highway can be a bit noisy and the requirement to pay for a parking spot is a little irritating and disengenous to the overal price. The gym is very serviceable though and the grounds are always immaculate.
It's been fun so far
We've only been living here for a month now but we've enjoyed our time here. The apartments are beautiful and we love how much there is to do in the area. The only thing that can get annoying is that parking is first come first serve so if you work or just are out later and don't have a reserved spot, more likely than not you will have to park away from your building and walk. Other than that we're excited to be here!
Leaving Complex
Kalyn and the maintenance staff have been wonderful. We have had a number of issues during our year here. All have been resolved but never should have happened. We’ve decided to leave at the end of our lease. I’m giving our 60 day notice now. Thank you.
Branford
Staff is very responsive and helps make the lease agreement, signing, and move in process easy. They address all concerns and questions in a timely manner. The apartment building and grounds are well kept and beautiful.
