Slow response, if any, from Maintenance staff

This used to be a great place to live, but since latest management has taken over, the service and upkeep of the building has declined rapidly. Can't get maintenance reps to fix problem items in my unit. Also, shared areas in the building used for activities have been demolished for renovations months ago, and no work has been done to complete the renovations.

I have lived here over 11 years. I'm very satisfied with my apartment and neighbors. The amenities are excellent. The overall size of the apartment is very comfortable. Having a washer/dryer in the apartment is the best.
