Could be worse

Parking was great, but I'm 10 days they're charging us rent for our cars. There aren't any amenities. Maintenance is great, they respond quickly, are friendly and do a wonderful job. We don't have staff on site so from what we've experienced, they're good. After learning about the parking thing, we started looking at other places and are finding houses with big yards, more bathrooms and garage for the same price, so value could be better. Noise is bad, we're close to 38th and hear the fire trucks and loud cars all days and night. Overall, it could be better and it could be worse.
