Residents appreciate the quiet and safe environment, friendly staff, and efficient maintenance team that responds promptly to issues. Move-ins are smooth with units being clean and ready on time. Positive aspects include the close and hassle-free parking, amazing water pressure, lots of storage space, and new flooring and washer/dryer in some units. Residents also enjoy the proximity to a little farm and park, and the overall welcoming atmosphere from neighbors. The property includes a security system, adding to the sense of safety.

Place is OK! Insulation is meh so electricity is high. Maintenance is reallllyy bad. Place definitely got the landlord special upon move in. But its quiet! Decently built, reliable tech security features, fairly private.

Make sure you get all promises in writing. Maintence gets done quickly enough, but responses are slow.

Parking was great, but I'm 10 days they're charging us rent for our cars. There aren't any amenities. Maintenance is great, they respond quickly, are friendly and do a wonderful job. We don't have staff on site so from what we've experienced, they're good. After learning about the parking thing, we started looking at other places and are finding houses with big yards, more bathrooms and garage for the same price, so value could be better. Noise is bad, we're close to 38th and hear the fire trucks and loud cars all days and night. Overall, it could be better and it could be worse.
