Quiet wheat ridge home

Peaceful and nice neighbors, covered parking spots are very small and hard to park in though

Try Harder

This building would be great, if only it were properly maintained in a way that showed the owner cared about their investment. There was one service by an exterminator, which was ineffective, and despite repeated requests for regular monthly service, the exterminator has not come back yet. Other than the occasional plowing of the parking lot, the grounds fee does not seem to cover much. It took several requests to get the leaves raked in the fall, and the sprinklers run too often and for too long, erroding the soil and leaving us with a hard pack clay that makes the grass patchy and weak. The cover of the parking structure is corroding rapidly, and leaks as the snow on it melts. The maintenance portal is worthless, as they mark items as complete though they didn't do anything, and there is no notification that the work is marked as complete (because it isn't complete). Both times I had requested maintenance to be here to allow a contractor to work, they failed to appear. The units are not cleaned at all prior to move in, to the extent that management should not be able to charge any resident any sort of cleaning fee at the end of their term. It is apparent that management chooses the cheapest contractors, and usually gets what they pay for. And now we have Yes Utility management, and I can't imagine any possible benefit to the residents.

Good deal and location

The location and deal are the best things about the apartment. The walls are a bit thin and it's easy to hear even soft noises. The amenities are okay but overall a good bang for your buck.

Happy Renter

I have lived in my community for slightly over two years, in those two years I have been mostly happy with my rental. The neighborhood is great and the neighbors are kind! The only downsides have been lack of functional amenities like a washer and dryer for the building, this is the fault of the third party used to provide these amenities however, and not the rental company.
