The apartments are well maintained and a great value for what is provided. My neighbors are great and quiet. No issues with any unsavory characters in the building. The neighborhood is older and the neighbors down the street can be loud, and often are, but that's nothing that can be helped by management. Definitely a great place to live! Would recommend to others looking for a place to live.

I have lived here for about 4 1/2 years now and could not be happier with my apartment. Sure there are not many amenities and things look a little dated, but at least two laundry rooms are on-site and it's close to a couple of restaurants, gas stations. exits to US36 and close to I-25, and convenience stores. However, I wish we could upgrade the laundry system to take cards instead of only quarters. But for the price, you get spacious floor plans and every utility is included except electricity and your own WiFi. Russ has been an amazing manager and super helpful when something comes up. I have had my air conditioner replaced and a connector between my sink and pipe cracked open one day, was fixed and replaced on the day I brought it to his attention.

I've lived here since October of 2022 and it's been wonderful. The property is kept up, the unit is spacious and a steal for a 1 bed/1 bath. The property and buildings are kept clean and even though it's an older building, it's been well maintained. Laundry room is always clean and maintained. My neighbors are quiet and everyone minds their business and respects their neighbors. Westminster Park Plaza Apartments are wonderful and I'm so lucky I found them. The only downside is sometimes parking is a pain as the lots are small but honestly, it's not even an issue. Just an occasional minor annoyance of having to park further from the main doors to the building.
