Living as a full time resident

It is very noisy. Tenants smoking cigarretes right outside their doors and partying in the middle of the summer and winter season. Families with kids allowed in apartments that have other tenants right below them, making it unsufferable to live when they run all fay long. They should be placed on the 4th floor without other tenants under them. Lots of tenants with dogs do not clean after them creating pools of mud and poop in the mud season. Elevators do not work half of the time. Maintenance workers are very nice and polite. Hard workers. Office lady does not know what is she doing half of the time. Has many issues with getting the right leases out with proper grammar. Parking is very conveninet but many private chofer vans are always parked outside not allowing for some to even get a parking spot. Many tenants have 3-4 even 5 parking spots for renting purposes. Laundry cost too much money.
