Good location, biggest issue is the noise from neighbors just moving around above me. Additionally, the community door to my building is right next to me, and slams shut with a loud bang. Several times through the week I'm jolted awake at 6, 7, 8am to someone exiting the building. Otherwise, the unit itself is cozy.
