Overall- A good experience, There have been many improvements in the last year

I have lived at Alpenglow since they first opened in 2020. Management is great to work with and I have quiet neighbors. Overall good experience

We have lived here for 3 years. It has been mostly a good exprerience, with only a couple of issues. There is a problem of overcrowding especially in the parking lot. Also we had leak if our building for the last three seasons which resulted in flooding in the master bedroom. It recieved no attention to assess the damage. I have noticed improvement with thI have hopes it will continuee new management team.

Some small changes could really help improve the parking and trash issues at the complex. Labelled parking spots and awareness signs could mitigate a lot of confusion. Residents were made responsible for ensuring the trash area stays clean but there isn't an effective gate blocking bears from getting into the trash so it is a constant mess and health hazard. Posted trash cans to mitigate the amount of trash that accumulates in the outside common spaces?
