Overpriced but Okayish

I've been here for just over a year, and I have a lot of mixed feelings about it. I'm very disappointed that the owner highjacked the price when he is using the clubhouse as a storage facility. Thankfully the staff is super helpful and friendly, but still. Its incredibly overpriced for the state of the whole apartment complex. Water lines are constantly being fixed, hallways stink, and some residents leave dog poop in the hallway.
