Decent Spot

Lots of noisy neighbors and residents always yelling or playing loud music. The Rooms aren't in the best condition. The price isn't great for the poor quality of the residence and the fact that some of the rooms have no closet doors or lights in the bedroom. The make or break is that it's located in a less dangerous part of town. Is the price a deal breaker? Yes, it definitely could be.

Nice place to live.

This is my first month living here and so far its been pretty good. I'm currently in a one bedroom and it is a little smaller then I expected but it serves the purpose. I was looking for a two bedroom but there was not one available so I took a one bedroom for this 6 months. I do intend on transferring to a two bedroom and the only complaint there is that the deposit does not transfer directly over which is it rather inconvenient being I will be renewing my lease and staying within the same building.
