Why Renters Love It Here

Residents appreciate the convenience of the location, as well as the presence of two pools and two laundry rooms within the complex. Despite some issues with maintenance, several tenants have enjoyed living at the property for many years, indicating a level of overall satisfaction with their experience. The value of this apartment is not worth the price.

Lived here for 3 years. The price I pay ($1185) can be rationalized. However I see on Zillow that the same model of unit I am in is now costing $1300. You need to fix a lot of things before these apartments are even worth that price. Such as the poor maintenance service. I usually have to file 2 or 3 tickets before they get the hint that there is something that needs to be fixed. I now in ticket 4 for my upstairs neighbor's sink leaking water and sewer gas into my kitchen. This unit is going to have so much mold in the walls and water damage (the dry wall is starting to stay soft after my neighbors stop using their sink) due to how slow it is to get any plumbing issue fixed.

Convinence comes at a price

I have lived here since 2018. Webster lake is in a convenient location but for what they ask for in rent charges is not worth it. The place is not maintained well, the office staff is nearly impossible to get a hold off. The amenities are never taken care of, and there's no communication when there is a problem with something.
