Applicant has the right to provide Keystone with a Portable Tenant Screening Report (PTSR) that is not more than 30-days old, as defined in § 38-12-902(2.5), Colorado Revised Statutes; and 2) if Applicant provides Keystone with a PTSR, Keystone is prohibited from: a) charging Applicant a rental application fee; or b) charging Applicant a fee for Keystone to access or use the PTSR.

Noisy Complex. Only one guy that is worthwhile for repairs. Office staff is nowhere to be found. No one answers phone or replies to emails. Alarms are always going off in the complex and emergency services is always coming out. Dog poop everywhere. Trash everywhere. Piles of old appliances and things the complex takes out of apartments are piled up outside of the dumpsters. There is barely any parking near your building and will have to walk to your building. Had to get a parking permit and put it in my window but there are dozens of cars that have no permits or never move, and they have never been warned or towed. Everyone has dogs here which is great, but there are a handful of people with dogs who are very aggressive and the owners can't even keep then on the lease. 2 black dogs in particular were trying to get to me while I walked into my apartment and the owner couldn't even pull them away. He they apologized and laughed like it was funny that his massive dogs were being aggressive.

We have had issues with the front office managing our paperwork from Energy Bill statements, to Lease Renewals. The Maintenance team is wonderful and very responsive but there are administrative issues that need to get figured out.
