Management is doing HIGHLY illegal things and sending people who have paid full balances amicably to collections for litearal years. the only way to find out is to apply to a new apartment complex, and even with explicit notes and history showing payment they REFUSE to remove anything from a rental history. DO NOT RENT

Pinyon Pointe is wonderful, pricey, but wonderful! Only issue is handicap parking, in particular building 525. There needs to be an additional handicap spot of the East end of bldg 525.
