Maintenance doesnt always respond. Take forever to fix small things but its getting better.

We moved from Missouri to Colorado and landed in one of these places. We were short on time and had little finances. This places was perfect to get us going in a new state. Parking is horrendous but with everything so close you never really need to move your vehicle.
