We have been here for two years and have very few complaints or issues. A few construction issues when we first moved in, but easily resolved. All repairs have been done quickly, but a number are more patch jobs (mostly on the back door). The price is somewhat fair, but would be great to not follow the trends of overpricing any further. The community center is great, I would just like some free weights in the workout room. The property is well kept, and most neighbors are pleasant and quiet.

Quiet living in a wonderful location. The only thing is the front doors are not really sound proof so you can here everything from the hallway.
