Incredible Complex

We've had nothing but positive experiences since moving in a few months ago! Maintenance requests are handled in a timely fashion, the staff and management is friendly and approachable, the grounds are gorgeous, and the noise is nonexistent. We're loving living here!

Great location and value

I’m in my second year at Timber Creek and still feel like I got very lucky when I came in for a viewing and moved in the very next weekend. The location is fantastic and I enjoy the surrounding neighborhood. It’s is very safe and friendly. Everything you need is just around the corner from the grocery store, to restaurants, to banks, or coffee spots. The office has a great team and it seems like they are here for the long run. Maintenance responds quickly (that in itself is a rarity in my experience) and they and very communicative and friendly. I really can’t say enough good things. I don’t plan on leaving until I leave Colorado and would recommend Timber Creek to anyone - individuals, couples, and families.
