Our experis perfectly fine here. We are primarily at work and not at the apartment, but when there it is pleasant

Maintenance turnover time is poor

I have lived here for 7 years and one thing that has changed recently is that the maintenance turnover request has become very poor. If we raise a maintenance request, it will take at least 3-4 weeks for them to look into it.
