Landscaping is poor and has been deteriorating without reason over the years. It is very extremely indicative of the way the parent company views the property. Currently there's roofing work being done, obstructing parking and garage access. The work plan was NEVER emailed to residents and has created a situation where this morning five cars drove around trying to figure out how to leave the complex to go to work etc. Maybe a small thing but if you go to use the gas grills near the pool, they're always filthy...never cleaned on the outside or inside. You'd think the management would want things to look presentable. In short, it's hard to believe that RedPeak doing business as Timber Creek really cares about their property or residents.

Dont have many complaints. Everything is well kept and quite. Our neighbors in the same building got loud at tomes but thats about it. Also our fireplace almost never worked.
