Not a bad place to get on your feet if your looking for a decent complex on the west side of town.

I’ve lived here for a year now and love it! I just wish some of the surrounding neighbors would clean up after themselves and their pets! We pay a lot of money to enjoy West Greeley, other should learn to take pride in their area

This once was considered a luxury apartment. The gym is filthy. Anyone can come in. There is no exclusivity for residents. We pay ALOT of money for this to be the case. Anyone can park. There is no security.

So far, I have had an amazing experience. The staff has been super friendly, they have weekend events to bring people together, plus the amenities are great for the price I am paying. All of my neighbors have been friendly and courteous. I usually end up parking further away from the building, mostly because I drive a truck. Spots do get taken quickly, but I am by no means having to make long treks to a parking space. I would recommend this to any of my friends.
