This once was considered a luxury apartment. The gym is filthy. Anyone can come in. There is no exclusivity for residents. We pay ALOT of money for this to be the case. Anyone can park. There is no security.

New to TenWest

So far, I have had an amazing experience. The staff has been super friendly, they have weekend events to bring people together, plus the amenities are great for the price I am paying. All of my neighbors have been friendly and courteous. I usually end up parking further away from the building, mostly because I drive a truck. Spots do get taken quickly, but I am by no means having to make long treks to a parking space. I would recommend this to any of my friends.

Dont waste your money

We have lived at ten west for 4 years now and it has been one of the worst living experiences. No one in the office ever knows what they’re talking about, you go in with an issue with anything and it’s always “I will look into that” and after the fifth “I will look into that” they actually consider looking into your concerns. Literally anyone you speak to has had a problem living at ten west, to their vehicles getting stolen and ten west taking no actions to protect or any responsibility, even thought you pay for parking monthly, to individuals having problems with their website to pay rent. We all have to pay for parking, otherwise our cars will get towed, but if the app has an issue taking your payment out, they will tow your car with no regard to you. Our payment got declined and we ended up having to pay $600 to get our car back when it only sat in the lot for 13 hrs. Almost everyone else in the apartment complex has had to deal with one of their cars getting towed and ten west does nothing about it. The parking lot is a car accident waiting to happen. Everyone speeds through and never stops at the stop signs. They put the garages in the worse place possible and you’re never able to see past them. Everyone seems to park in the middle of the parking lot and you’re lucky if you’re able to get around them. The parking lot is always crammed. There is never any parking spots, you pay for parking but there is no assigned parking. The parking lot is always gross too, there’s always trash or broken bottles that management decides to ignore. We had problems with our ESA and they tried to tell us that they had to check with corporate to make sure that we were allowed to have our ESA. Our dogs have been sick countless times. Our dogs got worms at least three separate times from just walking around the complex. The leasing office even informed us that they do not check vet records so any dog can be walking around carrying anything and the complex doesn’t care.
