Great location
I love the location!! It's nice having a small number of units and aside from creaky floors, noise is minimal. It would be nice to have newer appliances and laminate flooring (dining area).

Old building. No in-unit laundry. No amenities
Lived here for a year and a half. No amenities. Very old building compared to some of the other properties in Golden. Leaky floors that have not been fixed. Overall, a very mid place to live but it's close enough to downtown Golden and the Mines campus.
