Parkview towers charge way too much for what offer or don’t offer. They’re no amenities except for a small gym and the apartments, they say the bedroom has a walk in closet but they put the washer and dryer in the closet, someone lets their dog pee on carpet in tge hallway and they have fake grass that smells like pee. I will not be renewing my rent.

The apt itself is nice, although the electricity and hot water are inadequate. At least once every month, we experience a quick electricity outage. There were a couple of times where I arrived to work late because the electricity went off in middle of the night, which turned off my alarm clock. I have had to reset the clocks every time it happen. And the hot water always runs out quickly when I shower (I usually stay in shower only for about 10-15 mins).
