Enjoying the property the past 8 years

The only negative is renewal agreements are generally incomplete (blanks and in-accurate information) but property management says they have no control of this. Three times we have had rent increases not covered in the lease agreement which was represented as substantially the same rental contract when asked to commit before signing new agreement. The property, the neighbors and the seasonal community events are really spectacular.

Enjoyable Community

Lived here going on 8th year, comparable apartment space and square footage (2 bedroom 1853 sq ft) cannot be found anywhere within 10 miles of the south DTC/Lone Tree area. While maintenance took a hit both from available parts and availability of qualified maintenance people, we have gotten through this 4 month period, the on-sight management team managed the obstacles very well. Every property owner has the management companies manage to a budget and the inconveniences have been very minimal. The neighborhood is quite, the neighbors friendly. Walking distance to great activities.
