Apartments are comfortable except for lack of air conditioning in the summer, having to sleep with windows open intensifies noise while sleeping

I have loved living here. Everyone is so friendly. The office staff strives to answer questions and solve any needs that arise. Maintenance is always on top of any repairs that are needed and they respond quickly to any maintenance request. My concern is that the cost of rent here continues to rise. I would also like to see renovations in the apartments so that more modern appliances are found in the apartments.

They are expensive apartments but everything is in durango. Good college apartments. Speed bumps are annoying.
