I love this complex! Madi is very friendly, helpful, has always listened to my complaints and fixed them. Alanna is also lovely. Maintenance always comes within a day of inputting a work order. The staff has always been extremely helpful with any issue that has come up. Don't know why there have been so many bad reviews lately as this complex is the best bang for your buck! The employees really care about their tenants and the property. As long as you leave your unit in good condition, you get your deposit back with minimal charges. I got mine within 30 days from moving out and they only took last utilities, carpet clean, and a unit clean which standard at other places I have lived at as well. 100% would recommend living here as I only moved because I got a house.

I've lived here for approximately two years. It's the best value in town if you have pets, and is relatively close to town/trolley. It's an old hotel, so was never meant to be lived in 24/7. There are general building issues (structure, electricity) but the staff is wonderful and tries the best they can for the situation. Would recommend to increase your savings if you have a car - you will need a car to be here. You can park right outside your door.

The staff here are amazing. The Owners/company do not care about us though. Our pool opened months late, I've lived here for about a year now, washers and dryers have been broken since I got here. We have 4 washers for 100+ residents, there's supposed to be 8. The signs on the broken washers have said "waiting for manager approval" for over a month. Why does it take corporate that long to approve one of the amenities that is listed when you apply to live here? We got road work done, was supposed to be a couple week project. turned into 2 months of no road on the main street of the complex. The company they used also left all the dirt they dug up in our off-leash dog zone. Another "amenity" I pay $100 extra for is the view, that is now dirt piles. Domestic Violence is very common here. I know of 5 people that live next to couples that are constantly fighting and have the cops here ALL the time. When you call 911 for this place you literally don't even have to finish telling them your address before they are like "red cliffs?". I love living here, this place has amazing potential but corporate simply doesn't care about its tenants. The people in the office are amazing and do everything they can, along with the maintenace men.

I love the are and the apartment is nice. It is hard when it snows and it seems that the snow removal is not the best. Also I asked for my window to be fixed in the summer and it still has not been fixed.
