Exceptional Location & Comfortable Living

I've lived at Westend for about a year now and will be renewing another year. The location is exceptional, I love living right next to a quiet & conveniently located park that connects with downtown. There's a bike/walking path always buzzing with folks and dogs. My unit has a fantastic view of the mountains and city skyline, and is very spacious - perfect for 2 people. The build of the unit promotes bright natural light which has made me (& my plants) fall in love with the space. The leasing office staff is very helpful, responsive and not problematic (we've all dealt with some crazy landlords). The maintenance team is quick and efficient, and I really don't have anything bad to say. This is the 4th apartment complex I've lived at in Denver and by far my favorite. Parking can be a little unpredictable but its only $15/month which is a huge bonus of living here. I also love the fact that its a gated community - very friendly, wholesome vibes in our own little neighborhood!

Amazing Place

I love it here. I wanted to be in the city but not RIGHT in the city. There are times when things are being fixed but it is not management's fault, they do an incredible job keeping us updated on when things are getting fixed. They also installed all digital locks which is very helpful. The price is amazing too, there aren't any unnecessary amenities that you pay for. Overall it is an incredible first apartment in Denver, which not a lot of people get as first apartments in a new city. Also, the pool view is amazing and you get the sun all day with no big buildings blocking your view.
