Have Covered parking space but management staff often parks so its difficult to get in & out Difficult to discern if there is a consistent schedule for management to be on site Like the 12 -13 mos lease option with smalllincrease this year

Ever since Trocadero has had new management/ownership, the contracting they've been scheduling has made the area so very ugly. First, there was the "tree trimming," which meant they would hack off many branches from the trees instead of cleaning up the areas that people walk under, so now the trees look unnatural, provide less shade, and less privacy since they covered the windows they were beside. Now, they ripped up all the grass and the plants, which ruins the habitat for so many critters that are important to our ecosystem, and laid gravel poorly everywhere. It straight up looks like a glorified cat litter box out there. It's really upsetting.

The new management should be more responsive, they should answer their phones, emails and maintenance takes forever do accomplish anything.
